Olive Oil

The proximity to Lake Garda gives us a microclimate suitable for the cultivation of olive trees. Our extra virgin olive oil is obtained from the painstaking manual harvest in November of frantoio, grignano, leccio and favarol olives which are cold-pressed within 3 days of being picked. We make around 600 to 800 bottles of this oil using natural decanting methods without filtering. The resulting oil has a delicate, fruity aroma with a slight hint of almonds on the palate and a very low acidity. Its fragrant taste recalls the aroma of the fruit.
