Wine produced from the typical grapes Corvina 40%, Corvinone 40% Rondinella 20% grown in our best vineyard. Aged about a year in large oak barrels. Intense red wine with iridescent shades towards more mature nuances over time. On the nose it reveals notes of spice and sweeter and vanilla hints, concluding with fruity tones.
On the palate there is a strong balance and structure.
Wine aged for one year, in large 1500 liter oak barrels. It goes preferably with red meats and game. It should be served at room temperature, preferably placed in a carafe and decanted a few hours before.
