Sweet red wine obtained from drying grapes. Traditional style. Corvina, corvinone and rondinella grapes. 0.5 l bottle. Over the centuries, the origin of this delicate dessert wine full of enchantment has vanished. The prolonged drying of the grapes, greater than the drying of the amarone grapes, allows high concentrations in the grape. The great initial sugar richness in the must is not completely transformed into alcohol. The result is a liquid of rare suggestion, where the final alcohol and sugar blend well in a sweet and silky texture, with a wide symphony of aromas on the nose that leads to dried rose, wild blueberries, sour cherries. The meditation wine par excellence! It was the women's wine! If accompanied, it rises in an ideal gustatory path, dry and pasty desserts, creams and fresh cheeses particularly rich in fat, honeys and jams.
