Daily wine. Ruby red wine, strong hints of fresh fruit on the nose, soft tones and roundness on the palate, with returns of fruity sensations, make this Valpolicella the ideal companion for Italian first courses. We recommend serving at room temperature.
GRAPES: Corvina 30%, Corvinone 40% Rondinella 30%
VINEYARD TRAINING SYSTEM: Veronese pergola and guyot; 3000 plants / hectare
VINIFICATION: fermentation in steel tanks with maceration on its pomace for 10 days, with three daily pumping over. Light aging in concrete tanks.
REFINING IN BOTTLE: 3 months
ANALYTICAL DATA: alcohol content 12% vol., Acidity 5.25 - 5.50 g / l, net dry extract 26 - 28g / l.
ADVICE: keep the bottle in the dark not above 20 ° C. Not suitable for long aging.
