Very successful wine. This wine is produced using the particular "ripasso" method. The Valpolicella wine is factored in and passed over the pomace of the Amarone wine. With this method, Valpolicella is enriched with aromas, body and taste. On the slopes of the hills surrounding the town of Sant’ambrogio della Valpolicella, in the classic area, ZANE is born from the skilful blend of corvina, corvinone and rondinella grapes, with the ancient method of reviewing the marcs of amarone. Delicate aromas of red berry fruit in spirit with spicy accords on the nose, softness and depth in the mouth make this wine an ideal companion for boiled meats and red meats.
